There have been multiple times when staff have remembered my order and/or name, creating a personalized experience. The food and drinks are as amazing as the staff!

Excellent place, filled with wonderful people and delicious food at a very reasonable price. I had a chocolate raspberry latte and it was fantastic! I honestly can’t wait to return!

Cozy environment, very friendly staff. Purchased a regular light coffee, it was okay. Also got iced coffee white mocha which was good. A number three breakfast sandwich on ciabatta which was very good! A chicken salad wrap that was decent wouldn’t order it again though, the wrap came with pickle and bag of chips 11$ for the meal. Nice place to sit with relaxing music playing throughout.

I visited for the first time yesterday to meet someone for a chat. Staff was so kind and have great energy. They even serve your drink to your table, which is a nice touch. I got a chai and a muffin and both were yummy and the muffin was moist. On top of being a quality café, they are doing an amazing thing because they are run by NEArc, and they have training programs and job placement for disabled people regularly. Highly recommend going to support them and their mission!

I landed at the Peabody Town Hall this morning to pick up a business certificate for our company. I asked the lady at the Clerk's Office if there was any Cafe close by with great coffee. She said if I don't mind driving a bit further up the street her favorite is Breaking Grounds. I arrived and was pleased to find plenty of on street parking. I entered the shop and got a wonderful greeting and also loved how quaint it was with what looked to be a lot of handmade items for sale. The menu up on the board showcased their breakfast and luncheon items. The lunch sandwiches had 4 favorites of mine and a few others I'd definitely want to try. I opted for a breakfast sandwich. It was fantastic. Now for their coffee. I'm a tough sell on coffee because I find most cafes lately lost the art of making a really good brew. I went to say one of the special lattes and said out loud, nevermind, I keep forgetting the sugary syrups that are used. I believe it was the owner who explained all of their flavors are homemade and that I would not get that blast of an over sugared beverage. I ordered the one with honey and almond..shame on me for not remembering the name, something Bee. Okay, OMG first the coffee itself is fabulous. Absolutely no bitterness and so smooth. I opted for iced. I heard her teaching the new barista to melt the honey first and so on. He made me the best latte I've had in quite a while. She wasn't kidding about not being overly sweet. The companionship between the honey and coffee are a coffee lovers dream. Now, for me to go here before work, I'd need to leave home, which is Melrose, much earlier, to be able to go here and make it to work on time. I'm telling anyone reading this, that from the service to the exceptional products, I'll be coming here a few times a week. This is a must try for my group of coffee snobs out there. Also, praise to the owner who showed incredible patience while teaching the new employee.

If I could give them a 10/5 I would! Everyone was so beyond kind. I was having a very tough day, and stayed there all day, and they absolutely made my day better. On top of that, the 2 lattes I had were some of my FAVES I’ve ever had! And I was a barista for years! The sandwich was great as well. What an amazing place!!!

Absolutely lovely experience at Breaking Grounds! I don’t live in Peabody but this place makes me wish I did. I’m such a sucker for a good lavender coffee and this was *chefs kiss*. Breakfast sandwich was substantial, really fresh and hot. Staff were very kind and I couldn’t recommend this place more. I love their mission and seeing them serve the community is amazing.
